Ever wanted to get a taste of what life is like at The Reserve? Here’s a great opportunity to tour the community, get an inside look at some gorgeous homes, and even do a little good for someone else.
Every Thursday through Sunday, from July 10 – July 27, The Reserve is offering guided tours of their 2008 Showhouse. The home being shown is a gorgeous new property, typifying the luxury experienced by residents at The Reserve. Here’s a description:
This home is classic in its Belgian Country Retreat styling with a brick and wood exterior, open floor plan, and attention to detail in the arches and vaulted ceilings. The design challenge for Summerour was achieving a home that incorporates the relaxation and pleasure of a lakeside pavilion for a very busy family of five. Currently under construction, the five-bedroom, five-and-one-half-bath Showhouse will have 7,280 square feet of livable space and the property features a natural sandy beach and boat dock.
Tickets for a guided tour (including traveling by boat to get to the property) are $12. The best part of this is that ticket proceeds benefit OMC Hospice of the Foothills. So, take advantage of the beautiful summer weather and the long week, and head up to The Reserve.
